Regular  weekly, fortnightly or monthly cleans -

Dusting and wiping down all surfaces, vacuuming/ mopping floors carpets and rugs, kitchen clean up, emptying bins, bathroom refresh, replacing of towels if needed. General tidying/neatening of furniture, plumping of cushions and organising items.

Fortnightly and monthly cleans will include all tasks of a weekly clean but with deeper focus in certain areas.

Deep Kitchen Clean: Inside of the microwave. Wipe down all cabinets and handles.

Deep Bathroom Clean: Clean grout lines, wipe tiles, and sanitise fixtures.

Dusting High & Low: Light fixtures, vents, and corners, as dust tends to build up over time.

Change Bed Linen: If requested.

 

 

 

 

 

One off clean - Fancy a little house lift. Why not have a one off clean to make your home feel light, airy and pleasing to your senses. 

 

 

Light cleaning - Needing a little refresh in between busy life? 

Dusting, vacuuming or Sweeping, wiping surfaces, organising little items that are out of place, emptying bins, cleaning the toilet, mirrors and a shower or tub scrub.

 

 

 

End of tenancy - You're moving out! Complete reset of an empty property.

 Vacuuming/ mopping of floors, inside cupboards & doors, work surfaces, oven & hob, sink, bathrooms, mirrors, inside of windows/ frames/ sills, skirting boards, fireplaces. Any specific area that needs attention.

Our changeover fees are fixed by the number of bedrooms in the property; once the first deep clean has been carried out to ensure high standards are met.

1 bed changeover - £85

2 bed changeover - £110 

3 bed changeover - £160 

4 bed changeover - £210

Please note that the pricing for deep cleans vary depending on the size and condition of the property.

 

For any new holiday property joining our cleaning service, we recommend a full deep clean, and then again at the beginning and end of the high letting season.

 

When we come to your property you can expect a thoroughly cleaned space, ensuring it’s fresh and inviting for new guests.

 Typically, this includes:

 

  • General cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces in all areas of the property.

 

 

 

  • Changing bed linens: Freshly changed sheets and pillowcases (providing these are supplies), along with fluffing pillows and straightening out any décor.

 

  • Floor care: Sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming floors as needed.

 

 

  • Tidy up: Ensuring any leftover belongings, rubbish or clutter is removed, and the space feels organised.

 

  • Checking for any damage or issues to report to you before guests arrive.
  • Bathroom care: Sanitising toilets, basins, showers, bath tubs and replenishing toiletries (soap, toilet paper, etc. providing these are supplied).

 

  • Kitchen cleaning: Wiping down countertops, cleaning appliances, clean and check the condition of cooking pots, cutlery,  dinnerware and glasses, rubbish and recycling, and making sure everything is spotless.
